Privacy

No account, no cookie

EZ Setup has no accounts and sets no cookies: that is why there is no consent banner.

The buying country you pick on a build is kept in your browser (local storage) and never sent to our servers. You can erase it with the site data in your browser.

Audience measurement

We use Umami, an analytics tool hosted on our own servers, without cookies. It counts page views, countries and device types in aggregate. No data is shared with third parties or used for advertising.

Prices and clicks to Amazon

On a product page, your browser asks our server to refresh the prices. Like any web server, it processes your IP address to answer and to prevent abuse.

A click to Amazon goes through our affiliate links, and we count the click (product, Amazon country, page, date) without any IP address or visitor identifier.

Once on Amazon, you leave EZ Setup: Amazon applies its own privacy policy and may set its own cookies, including affiliate cookies.

Your rights

For any question about your data, write to the address given in the legal notice. You may also contact the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
